Randy Lewis first became involved with investment property and foreclosures in the late 80's. His real estate career began in 1989 when he obtained his real estate license. He was involved in purchasing investment properties for himself and other investors. Randy was able to help investors purchase properties below market value in a very challenging market. He was a natural at real estate investing and has been involved with residential, multi-family, vacant land, and commercial real estate.
Later he was involved in purchasing and selling wholesale trustee sale property and launched azfixup.com. He has taught classes for investors and real estate agents alike. Randy has an Arizona Real Estate Brokers license and is associated with RE/MAX Professionals. Randy has been involved in the sale of hundreds of investment properties under all market conditions from a down market to a booming market. He believes you can profit in any market if you pay attention and do not get greedy.
Chad serves as our customer care manager. Chad brings many years of customer service to the team. Randy asked Chad to join the team because of his integrity and positive attitude. Chad communicates with investors to ensure their experience is positive and profitable. He launches a series of actions in order to be sure that every step of each process is handled effectively and to high standards. He also helps Randy with client follow up and is in charge of coordination when dealing with numerous properties.
